PATTERN MAKING

We can take customer-supplied 3D models (IGS, CAD or similar) along with part samples and any additional prints in the development of the tooling required to develop the finished part. This ensures that your design intent is reflected exactly in the finished part that are produced.

POST-MOLDING OPERATIONS

In order to provide the best finished part, we also offer the following; trim additional flash points, drill and tap the holes, add inserts, ultra-sonic welding and over plastic finishes, such as chrome.

PRODUCT TESTING

SB&W offers complete testing, including material, physical, and destructive testing, along with any testing process specified by the customer, followed by detailed inspection of the parts, to ensure that your parts are of the highest quality.
